At Waterman Consultancy Inc., we work closely with our clients to develop and implement solutions that accomplish organisational initiatives. We provide the following services, which fall under three pillars, namely, Business Development, Financial Services and Training & Development.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: We help to build your ideas from concept to reality taking you through the business planning, development, and implementation phases. At WCI we skillfully execute engagements focused on areas of new venture, business expansion and project mobilisation initiatives, including drafting of process / workflow documents and project reports and implementation of system setup and migration. We also provide coaching and training to new entrepreneurs and existing entrepreneurs who would like to be skilled up in a particular area.
FINANCIAL SERVICES: We deliver end-to-end accounting services, from setup, recording, planning, management to reporting. Services include financial accounting and financial reporting; accounts system design and deployment, and preparation of all statutory submissions to government agencies (VAT, NIS, PAYE. etc.)
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Facilitation/ training is the act of guiding participants through a series of specific material, with a view of fostering active dialogue, high engagement, and collaborative decision-making for the benefit of the team’s outcome. We help learners to acquire, retain and apply the knowledge and skills that were introduced.
